This is my first attempt for the next nanowrimo.
Just jutting down some of my ideas and hopefully it will turn into a good story.

The Beginning.

During the span of three decades, a number of eventful and some less eventful changes occured in Katie's life. It occured to me that her story needed to be penned-down. Flowing is how her story began. Katie, a bright, sweet and quite whimsical - with a heart of gold - and overly sensitive - always ready to wear her heart on her sleeve at the risk of being hurt - was born in Metrocity from two loving parents, whom as any other have their ups and downs occasionally but her family environment as always been quite loving.

Katie is also the only offspring, as you can probably guess she always had the love of her parents all to herself and the perks of being extra spoiled. Even though Katie always was more spoiled than other kids her age with siblings, she always showed appreciation for what she got and returned the love and care for her family. I would even go further and say that family means the world to her, she keeps a special bond and try to hold on to memories, happy or sad as they may be.

Katie and her parents established themselves in Culver Creek, a surburdan area surrounding Metrocity and spend the first five years of her life there.

Relocating Katie.

Her father found work in Clearwater Bay and relocated his family
permanently to Lake Martin, a small village around Clearwater Bay. Katie's father being quite the handyman, built a summer cottage in that area where Katie's grandparents already had a cottage of their ownand then proceeded to transform it into a permanent home for the official move in the summer year of 1978.

Lake Martin, considered cottage country except for the few families, like Katie's, who decided to make it a permanent residence. There was a nice little swimming pond and beach where Katie spent most of her summer days, she always worshipped the sun which hasn't stopped to this day. From early morning until very late at night, Katie and her four bestfriends, all about three years younger than her since Katie isalways has gotten along better with kids younger rather than her own age, spent every single day of her summer at the beach or at one of her bestfriend's house when the weather was not particularly good to be outside.
